The health and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance to MDR. That being said, we’d like to address mounting concerns about COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
We are closely monitoring the situation with the safety of our guests in mind. As you evaluate future stays with us, we encourage you to review the Ontario Health Agency for the latest on the situation in our region, in addition to following guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO).
We are implementing a change to our usual no refund policy to allow guests to rebook at a later date for spring bookings. If you have a reservation and are concerned about travel please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to work with you on rebooking or refund you.
Muskoka District Rentals has introduced and is already implementing heightened cleaning measures. These measures include:
- The cleaning staff is using hospital-grade disinfectant to wipe down shared surfaces, including, but not limited to:
- Door handles
- Tables and chairs
- Bathroom fixtures and door push plates
- The Muskoka District Rentals cleaning staff has increased the circulation of its rotation throughout our properties and will be wiping down high-touch surfaces frequently.
